[MT] How to get your RON/Electronic Endorsement in Montana​

Before you can use the Notary Hub platform by Everything Legal, you must be currently commissioned as a traditional notary.

Everything Legal also provides you with the required Electronic Journal for documenting your remote online notarizations.

Step 2: Prepare Your Materials and Apply for RON Authorization​

Once your Notary Hub account and digital credentials are set up, you will be ready to apply for RON authorization through the Montana Secretary of State.
Follow the state’s process for notary registration and remote notarization approval using the documents provided through your Notary Hub profile.
