Managing Participants

To add a new participant, click the blue "+ Add a Participant" link. Add a Participant
Enter the first name, last name, email, and select the appropriate role for the new participant. Add a Participant

If a participant will be sharing their device with another user, select the option "This person will share audio and video with the customer" and then choose the participant from the dropdown menu. Share Device

To assign fields to a document, click on the document you would like to customize. Select Document
